Reservations, not purchases

A pre-order on this site is a free, no-obligation reservation. No payment is taken and no contract of sale is formed when you reserve. You can cancel at any time by replying to any email we send you.

Price, size and availability

Price, size, shipping costs and dispatch timing will be confirmed by email before you are asked to complete any purchase. Batches are small and availability is not guaranteed.

Shipping

We intend to ship to Australia and New Zealand. Shipping, customs and import details will be confirmed before you are asked to complete any purchase.

Product use

For external use only. Patch test before first use and stop using if irritation occurs. The full ingredient list will be published before launch.

Returns and refunds

Our returns policy will be published before any purchase is made. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
